Doctor’s Cafe #20 “The Role of Researchers in the Social Implementation of Research”
The mission of an R&D startup is to rapidly implement research results into society. In this talk, Pixie Dust Technologies will review the history of the company from its inception to the present, sharing its initial expectations, the challenges it faced, and the realizations and learnings it gained along the way. Specifically, he will focus on his research into the application of non-contact pressure using airborne ultrasound and share his experiences with the role researchers played in the commercialization process.
